The Paleolithic Diet is a type of diet that a lot of people are adopting today. The concept of the Paleolithic diet and why it works is based on the fact that people lived longer centuries and millenniums ago. This has been proven into some account by the bible where people lived to be hundreds of years old. These people who have been written about have the same physical features as we do today and the only logical reason why they were able to live for so long is because of the food that they take in. Back then, there was no processing of food which made the food that they ate naturally.
