   Healthy Tips-Beauty Tips

1. Drink lots of water without measuring


    Why I say this because, when someone puts a cap to drink 6 to 8 glass of water or 3 liters of water a day, there is a pressure built up to count the glass or measure the liters rather than sipping the water peacefully.
    When you feel thirsty sip more and when you do not sip less.
    Every time you drink water, pass the message to your subconscious that you are drinking adequate water.
    Make it a habit to drink water while you are in the kitchen or on the dining table or in the cafeteria. Just a conscious effort to drink water. A person remembers about alcohol while passing the pub. Apply the same logic for H2O as well.

2. Walk as much as you can. Neither put a cap on time nor on distance

    Never give an excuse even a day. We learned this without any formal coaching. So we should be able to do the walk without much effort.
    Just start and based on your mood you will pick up speed. 
    Keep one thing in mind, never workout with some boundary values (distance or time). That will spoil the fun of walking.
    Build your stamina slowly and steadily.

     Never plan your walking schedule in advance. Just get up and go for a brisk walk. When you plan for your next morning walk, many days it never happens.
    I used to give an excuse to myself that I will make it tomorrow for sure.

 3. Eat any citrus fruit or drink citrus juice every day.

    Citrus cleanses the internal digestive system and it improves immunity.
    I got this piece of information from a couple of dietitians whom I met in the past.

4. Drink a few cups of herbal green tea 

    This has lots of anti-oxidants and is excellent for de-stress.
    I've tried and tested it.
    I get excellent sleep by drinking a cup of mint leaves tea.

5. Introduce Flax seeds in your diet.  

    You get these brown color seeds in most of the grocery stores in India.
    This is an excellent source of soluble fiber. You may need to powder and keep it in an airtight container.
    Use this for any recipes that you make. I'll be publishing my catalogs of flax seeds Indian recipes shortly. 
    Doctors have told me, this is an excellent source of food to avoid any heart-related issues later.

6. Drink tender coconut water twice a week and sugar cane juice once a month. (sip as much as you can)


    These both are excellent natural forms of juices that are commonly available in India. These are excellent toxin removers.

7. Chew few almonds a day. 

    Raw almonds are a healthier snack as it contains protein and fewer carbs.
    It has significant fiber and healthier fat.


                           Beauty Tips
Skin:

    To soften the skin and make the body radiant and attractive, take a bath in milk frequently.
    To make pimples vanish and to make the skin radiant, take almonds ground into a paste in pure cow's milk and apply on the pimples for a week.
    To treat dry skin due to cold weather, apply cream of milk on the affected area.

To dispose of pimples and skin break out, take the dried and powdered apple and lemon strip, blend it in with little milk and apply the glue on the influenced territory.
    To get rid of pimples from the face, make a smooth paste of Guava leaves and apply to the face.
    To cure skin diseases, grind guava leaves with sandal paste and apply to the body. Wash after 15 minutes.
    To treat skin disorders, soak and squeeze dry grapes in water and drink the liquid.
    To get rid of pimples and black spots,  wash the face regularly with tender coconut water.
    To get rid of red rashes due to sweat, take the water which has been used to wash rice and wash the face and hands with it. Leave it for a while and wash with cold water.
    To expel undesirable hair and get a gleaming skin, rub turmeric powder on the body. Wash off with mild soap after 30 minutes.
    To prevent skin diseases, eat ajwain (Oregano) grain with jaggery.
    To get a shiny skin, use Bengal gram flour instead of soap while bathing.
    To treat skin abrasions, mash Bengal gram in coconut oil, add a pinch of turmeric and apply to the affected skin. Wash with cold water after 20 minutes, to get quick relief.
   To get rid of acne and pimples, apply regularly the orange oil or the juice of the orange peel to the face.

Hair:

    To prevent premature greying of hair, apply butter to the hair during night and wash off next morning.
    To prevent premature greying and enhance hair growth, apply gooseberry well mixed in oil to the hair. 

     To reduce loss of hair and cure dandruff, wash the hair with common salt dissolved in water.
     To promote hair growth and blacken the hair, take raw Amarnath juice and apply to the head regularly. This also cures premature greying of the hair.
